Diagnostic
$75* up to 1 hr
Need to know what's wrong, or whether it's worth repairing?
- Troubleshooting & fault diagnosis (no charge if the issue can't be identified)
- Minor repairs may be completed during diagnostic
- Does not include complete inspection or tune-up
- Does not include internal cleaning or lubrication
- If further diagnosis or repair requires disassembly, we will contact you and recommend Full Service. The $75 diagnostic fee will be applied toward that service.

- Not covered by our 60-day labor warranty
Full Service Tune-Up
$150* up to 2 hrs
Machine disassembly, thorough internal cleaning, lubrication, and mechanical adjustment.
- Machine disassembly for full interior access
- Internal and external cleaning
- Lubrication where applicable
- Precision adjustments
- Complete mechanical inspection
- Test stitch-out to confirm proper operation
- New needle installed
- Service report with our 49-point inspection checklist
- Protective polish finish
- Priority scheduling if your machine needs to return during the warranty period
- Backed by our 60-day labor warranty
- Any service time beyond the included two hours will be quoted and billed in addition to the service price
- Additional repairs beyond the tune-up itself are quoted separately, with your approval before we proceed

Add-On
Rush Service, $75
Need your machine back sooner? Add Rush Service for $75. Your machine receives dedicated service time outside regular business hours, including evenings or weekends, subject to availability. Rush work is scheduled so standard customers keep their place in line.
Rush applies only to the service it was added to. If a Rush Diagnostic leads to a Full Service recommendation, the $75 Rush add-on covers the Diagnostic only and does not transfer. To have the Full Service completed on a Rush basis, a separate $75 Rush add-on is required.
Specialty Machines

Embroidery arms, sergers, vintage machines, and computerized boards are priced individually based on make, model, and issue. Never a guess.
Vintage & Antique Machines
Older machines serviced with the patience their original finishes deserve, including freeing seized components.
Serger Service
Looper timing, tension assemblies, and threading paths most machines don't have. Same full inspection process.
Embroidery Arm Service
Sewing side and embroidery arm tested and serviced independently, not just the base machine.
Computerized & Electronic Repair
Diagnostics and repair for circuit boards, sensors, and motors. Not just gears and timing.

Don't want to make the drive? We'll pick it up, service it, and bring it back.
- Includes everything in our Full Service Tune-Up
- Round-trip pickup and delivery are handled by our courier partner, who is DOT-authorized and fully insured, with up to $100,000 in cargo coverage
- Need only pickup or return delivery? Either option is available at a separately calculated rate based on your selection
- No tip is expected. We compensate our courier drivers directly, and your feedback helps us recognize great service
- Addresses more than 30 miles away are eligible for service but incur an additional distance fee. Use the calculator below to estimate your pickup and delivery cost
